Mateus Barros is a senior revenue growth and pricing executive with over 20 years of experience driving profitable growth through commercial excellence, analytics, and execution across restaurants, consumer goods, telecom, manufacturing, and SaaS.
He has built and led Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and pricing capabilities in complex, multi-market environments, including senior leadership roles as VP of Revenue Growth Management at Bloomin’ Brands, Director of RGM at CMI Foods, and previously as Head of Pricing at Stanley Black & Decker and Millicom. Across these roles, he delivered more than $150M in incremental revenue and margin impact.

As Managing Partner at Performa Advisors, he supports executive teams in designing pricing, go-to-market, and analytics-driven growth engines that translate strategy into measurable results.
