Mateus Barros
Mateus Barros is a senior revenue growth and pricing executive with over 20 years of experience driving profitable growth through commercial excellence, analytics, and execution across restaurants, consumer goods, telecom, manufacturing, and SaaS.
He has built and led Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and pricing capabilities in complex, multi-market environments, including senior leadership roles as VP of Revenue Growth Management at Bloomin’ Brands, Director of RGM at CMI Foods, and previously as Head of Pricing at Stanley Black & Decker and Millicom. Across these roles, he delivered more than $150M in incremental revenue and margin impact.
Mateus combines deep industry leadership with top-tier consulting experience at Simon-Kucher & Partners and A.T. Kearney. As Managing Partner at Performa Advisors, he supports executive teams in designing pricing, go-to-market, and analytics-driven growth engines that translate strategy into measurable results.
He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from ITA (Brazil). Mateus is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Francis Nino
Francis is a senior pricing analytics and revenue optimization professional with over 14 years of experience driving margin expansion, profitable growth, and data-driven decision making across telecommunications, oil & gas, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
She has held key roles at Vtal (GlobeNet), Stanley Black & Decker, and ExxonMobil, where she led pricing, forecasting, and commercial analytics initiatives in complex, multi-market environments
Francis brings deep expertise in pricing strategy, revenue assurance, gross-to-net optimization, and commercial planning. She is recognized for building scalable analytics capabilities and executive dashboards, and for acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and Product teams, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve profitability and execution.
She holds an MBA in Strategic Management, from The George Washington University School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. She is fluent in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of Portuguese.
Ricardo Victorero
Ricardo Victorero is a senior consultant, Professor of Practice, and board member with over 30 years of experience in strategic business development, corporate and investment banking, and business consulting. He has led and advised organizations through high-stakes challenges, including business model transformation, M&A, strategic alliances, and growth strategies in volatile markets.
He has held senior executive roles across leading national and multinational companies in Chile and abroad, including Managing Partner at AndesMonitor, VP of Business Development at Everis (NTT Data Group), CEO of Bci Corredor de Bolsa, and leadership positions at Banco Bci, Seminarium, Puntolink, IB Partners, and UBS.
Ricardo brings extensive board experience across family offices, financial institutions, hospitality, and investment entities, including Inversiones Bayona, AutoClub, Fundación Everis Chile, Hoteles de Chile, Bci Investment Funds, and others. He has also contributed to industry bodies such as AMCHAM Chile and the Santiago Stock Exchange.
He has taught strategy and corporate finance at leading institutions including Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, University of Chile, and ESE Business School, where he also held senior academic leadership roles. He holds a Business degree from the University of Chile, an MBA from MIT Sloan, and a Master’s degree from IESE Business School.

Frederico Diniz is a senior quantitative analytics and risk modeling professional with over 12 years of experience supporting data-driven decision making, performance management, and governance in global financial institutions.
He has held senior roles at Société Générale, JPMorgan Chase, Santander, Starling Bank, and FICO, leading advanced modeling initiatives across capital, liquidity, stress testing, IFRS 9 / CECL, and credit risk analytics. Isabella Holsbach is a senior business and operations leader with strong experience driving commercial excellence, operating effectiveness, and executional discipline across insurance, telecom, technology, and consumer services in global environments.
She has held leadership roles within Telefónica and its insurance ecosystem, leading complex operational and commercial areas across the value chain, with a focus on governance, performance management, and scalable execution. Her background includes senior roles at Samsung Electronics, Vivo (Telefónica Brazil), Zurich Insurance, and Sura.
Isabella holds an Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with working proficiency in German and Italian.

Fabio Torelli is an entrepreneur, startup investor, and board member focused on building and scaling innovative B2C businesses.
He has a solid track record across Citi, Santander, and Mastercard, and has been a key force in developing the U.S. market for payroll lending, payroll-based financial services, and alternative data since 2014.
Curious about innovation and AI, he has spent time in some of Silicon Valley’s leading centers of ideas and entrepreneurship, including Stanford and Singularity.
Outside of work, he is a die-hard sports fan who brings passion, energy, and competitive spirit to everything he does.
